Dawn Ward’s arrest is currently making headlines in the newspapers. Dawn Ward, the Real Housewives of Cheshire star, racially abused two Jewish brothers, slapped one, and called him a “fat c***” before being apprehended with cocaine, according to multiple news outlets. The real figure, who prosecutors claim was inebriated at the time of the incident, then allegedly blamed her housekeeper for the drugs’ discovery. Ward, who married former Premier League footballer Ashley Ward, is reported to have launched a tirade against Jake and Sam Jacobs at London’s Euston station, according to a news outlet.

Dawn Ward has been arrested.

The 48-year-old, who is facing charges of racially aggravated intentional harassment and drug possession at Inner London Crown Court, denies both charges. The brawl is said to have occurred on the 29th of October, 2019, after the brothers inquired as to why the trains at Euston were delayed, to which Ward, who was said to have been “drinking heavily,” responded, “Why do you lot always complain?”

“At the time, you might think why,” Gregory Wedge, the indictor, is quoted by the news outlet as saying, “but she was we now know was referring to their Jewish faith.” They mostly ignored it, but when the brawl escalated, she became enraged and called Jake a fat c*** and a Jewish p**k or something along those lines.” Ward was then accused of slapping Jake across the face, prompting the brothers to call the cops, who detained the star, according to the prosecutor.

She was later found with a packet of cocaine in her handbag, according to reports. “She may say her housekeeper put it in there without her knowledge, putting an empty cigarette packet containing a packet of cocaine in there,” Mr Wedge is quoted as saying by the news outlet. That, according to the Crown, is hilarious.”

Ward, whose daughter Taylor is married to Manchester City winger Riyad Mahrez, is reported to have claimed that the conversation at the station was friendly and that the alleged slap was merely a “playful tap on the face.” Ward’s £14.5 million Cheshire mansion’s stables will be converted into six houses, according to plans revealed last month. Her and her husband had previously received planning permission to convert Warford Hall into an opulent spa retreat, complete with a swimming pool complex. The trial is still ongoing.
