Who is Journalist Ayesha Binte Rashid?

Who is Ayesha Binte Rashid?

Ayesha Binte Rashid is an Islamabad-based journalist. Ali Noor, who was the lead vocalist for Noori’s band, was accused of being a ‘womaniser and predator,’ as well as se**xual harassment.

So, what exactly happened?

Ayesha accused Ali Noor in a series of Instagram postings in which she provided screenshots of their talks. Ayesha sent him a personal message on Friday night before holding a public press conference. “You emotionally manipulated me, and what occurred in the back of my car when I was heading to the airport was se**xual harassment,” she wrote.

“You’re a se**xual harasser and a predator,” she said, adding that she does not want to make the claims public because she respects Noor’s brother Ali Hamza and drummer Kami Paul, both of whom have been connected with the band Noori.

She also said she was threatened with sabotaging her friendship with Paul. But she came clean and told Kami her tale before they split ways. She has “no desire to be among folks who associate with harassers.” “[You have a] God complex who is all talk but lacks the proactiveness to break out of his poisonous behaviours,” Ayesha said.

Recently, something interesting happened.

Singer Ali Noor, who was accused of se**xual harassment by Ayesha Binte Rashid, recently refuted all of the charges.

Diverted reporting and attrition occur when rape or se**xual harassment instances are reported. Ayesha Binte Rashid, on the other hand, took a risk and confronted Noor, but how many people know who Rashid is?

Singer Ali Noor’s reaction

Ali Noor reacted to Rashid’s charges and released her statement around 12 p.m. on Saturday. It’s an eye-opener for him, according to him.

Noor turned to his own Instagram account to address the subject, dedicating a letter to his grandma in which he claimed that Ayesha did not post all of his responses.

Noori said,

“Today, I put the teaser and release date of the video and the son but as I was doing that, I got a message from newspapers that I have been accused of #MeToo by Ayesha Binte and my screenshots and apologies have been put up. She didn’t put all of them and that’s sad.”

He goes on to add,

“I even suggested I should be hanged and executed publicly. She simply wasn’t taking me seriously. Anyway, I am so glad she finally put it out.”

“All I can say is that my life has taken a turn that I never could imagine and your message is truly a sign from God for me to see my truth. And yes, I am paying a very very hefty price for my ego, my God complex… I have never been this miserable and yes you are right my inability to change myself is dawning as true reality.”

Singer Ali Noor’s U-turn

Now, two days after confessing his error, Noor has reversed his position and rejected all charges of se**xual harassment levelled against him.
“I am no se**xual abuser,” the singer said on his Instagram post, which included two anecdotes with the hashtag #stopmocheryofmetoo.
