Sajal Aly’s latest move has fueled rumours about her divorce from husband-actor Ahad Raza Mir, as the actress removed her husband’s surname from her Instagram handle, which has 8.1 million followers.
Previously known as Sajal Aly on social media, the actress changed her name to ‘Sajal Ahad Mir’ after marrying fellow actor Ahad Raza Mir in 2020.
In a recent turn of events, Sajal has reverted to her old Instagram name, spelled differently, but without the ‘Ahad Mir’ prefix. On the social media platform, the actor is now known as ‘Sajal Ali.’
It’s worth noting that the two continue to follow each other on Instagram.
When Ahad was absent from the promotional events and premiere of the film ‘Khel Khel Mein,’ starring Sajal and Bilal Abbas, the couple sparked divorce rumours.
The rumours were fueled even more when the Mir family, including Ahad, were absent from Sajal’s younger sister Saboor Aly’s wedding earlier this year.
