Nana Patole Warns BJP Leader Of Legal Action Over Viral Video on Twitter

Nana Patole, the head of the Maharashtra Congress, referred to the BJP’s attempt at “character assassination” in the video and threatened legal action.
Mumbai: A video purportedly showing Nana Patole, the head of the Maharashtra Congress, and a woman was tweeted on Wednesday by BJP leader Chitra Wagh.
The BJP was attempting “character assassination,” according to Patole, who threatened legal action.

Former NCP leader Wagh was speaking to reporters when he said, “I’m not prying into anyone’s private affairs. The video has already gained widespread popularity; it is no longer a person’s private life. In the past, I have also spoken up in cases involving BJP leaders.”

When contacted by PTI, Patole claimed that the BJP was engaging in “character assassination” and that he had instructed his legal counsel to review the video and take appropriate action against Wagh.
