It is likely that soon, video evidence of Maryam Nawaz, vice president of the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N), bringing a cellphone into the NAB’s custody, will be made public.
According to video evidence presented by ARY News against PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz, she secretly brought a cellphone into the National Accountability Bureau’s (NAB) custody.
In the video, Maryam Nawaz was seen residing in a sizable room with the NAB while donning a white dress and a colourful dupatta. When four to six female officials in uniform entered the room, their officer told them to conduct a search.
Maryam sat on the pillow with her phone hidden inside after observing the officials’ arrival. Nothing was discovered in the room by the female police officers.
The raiding team was constantly being told by a machine that there was a cellphone present in the room while the politician was reprimanding the officials during the search. The officials found the cellphone concealed inside the pillow after performing a second search.
According to the video, Maryam Nawaz had a cellphone in the NAB’s possession. She had been provided with the proper amenities, such as a bed, and her meal was not being delivered to her on the floor.
No male official had entered her room, according to the video evidence. It was discovered that Maryam Nawaz used to carry a cellphone along with her in order to benefit from being exempt from snap-checking because she is a woman.
According to the investigation, a female Punjab police official was also involved in giving Maryam her cellphone. The new video will disprove the PML-N vice president’s lies.
