In the 70th edition of the pageant in Puerto Rico, Karolina Bielawska of Poland was crowned Miss World 2021.
The coronation took place in San Juan, Puerto Rico, at the Coca-Cola Music Hall. The first runner-up was Shree Saini of the United States, and the second runner-up was Olivia Yace of Côte d’Ivoire.
After being postponed due to the coronavirus, 40 semi-finalists returned to Puerto Rico in December, and Karolina was chosen for Miss World. The Miss World Final was broadcast in over 100 countries around the world.
Karolina, the winner, is currently pursuing a master’s degree in management and plans to pursue her Ph.D. in the future. She works as a model and enjoys swimming, scuba diving, tennis, and badminton, as well as aspiring to be a motivational speaker.
Every Sunday, she also assists in the distribution of food, drinks, clothing, masks, legal advice, and professional medical care to those in need. “I was shocked when I heard her name,” she said after being crowned Miss World for the 70th time. I’m still in shock that I’ve been named Miss World. For the rest of my life, I will remember.
