Several media agencies stated that a female who works for Lahore’s Anti-Riot Police Force was gang-raped by two security officers on Friday near Nishtar Sports Complex.
According to the first information report (FIR) filed at the Gulberg Police Station, the teenager lost her way home after watching a Pakistan Super League (PSL) play. She observed two guards as she approached a desolate and dark street.
According to the allegation, she requested the assistance of guards to reach Ferozpur Road. However, the suspects misled her and reportedly se**xually attacked her once she arrived at a deserted location.
The police have filed a FIR based on the victim’s father’s allegation and are looking into the situation further. Meanwhile, a private media site stated that the municipal police had apprehended one suspect, known as Shahid.
Earlier this month, a 20-year-old lady was reportedly gang-raped by two of her neighbours in Lahore’s Mozang district.
According to the details, the woman was alone in her home when her neighbours Ehsan Ali and Hassan reportedly barged in, subjected her to extreme torment, and then se**xually attacked her.
