Asim Azhar, a singer, has announced his engagement to Merub Ali, a longtime friend.

After they were spotted together, there were numerous reports about the couple. Asim Azhar denied being engaged to the fashion model in July of last year. He had, however, debunked rumours that they were linked based on doctored images.
Merub was featured in an in December, where she discussed her journey in depth. “We’re not step-siblings, we’re not cousins,” Merub Ali said when asked about her relationship with the singer. We’ve known each other since childhood and are great family friends. Our mothers are best friends, and my brother is his best friend.”
Merub Ali made his acting debut in the new drama Sinf-e-Aahan, which received critical acclaim for its stellar cast, which included Sajal Aly, Syra Yousuf, Yumna Zaidi, and Kubra Khan.
