The courtship and subsequent marriages of Arthur Miller, Marilyn Monroe, Kamal Amrohi, and Meena Kumari were all “inspired by true life events,” according to Munawar, who also explained how the images depicted the idea.

The provocative photo shoot received both criticism and support, with many defending it as “art” and others lambasting the attire and poses.
