On the morning of June 5, 2022, a threatening letter was discovered near the Bandra Bandstand promenade.

Salim’s security staff discovered the letter on a bench, according to police.

“Salim Khan has a morning routine where he goes for a walk on the promenade with his security personnel,” a police officer said.

“He usually takes a break at a certain location. “On a bench, a chit had been left.”

The following was written in the letter to Salim and Salman:

“Moosa Wale jaisa kar dunga” (Moose Wala will make you like him).

The letter was written in response to the assassination of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala by a group of gunmen in Punjab.

The death of the singer is still under investigation.

In relation to the threats made against Salman and Salim Khan, police are now conducting an investigation using CCTV footage.

The letter was also said to have two sets of initials: GB and LB.

Goldy Brar, a Canadian gangster, has claimed responsibility for Sidhu’s murder, but nothing has been proven.

Meanwhile, LB could stand for Lawrence Bishnoi.

Police are looking into whether the couple wrote the letter or if the initials were used by another suspect.

In addition to reviewing CCTV footage, officers are speaking with residents.
