Three day festivities of Baisakhi festival concluded at Gurdwara Punja Sahib in Hassan Abdal as thousands Sikh Yatrees from across the world participated in the three-day Baisakhi festival.
Addressing the concluding ceremony titled “Bhog Akhand Paath Sahib” at the Gurdwara, Prime Minister’s Advisor on Climate Change Malik Amin Aslam said the PTI government is considering minorities of the country as equal citizens and provides them equal rights.He said Prime Minister Imran Khan sent the message of love for Sikh community across the world by announcing opening of Kartarpur corridor.
Representatives of various Sikh community organizations in different countries lauded Pakistan government’s decision of opening Kartarpur corridor and thanked the incumbent government for fulfilling their longstanding demand. Ravinder Singh Khalsa, group leader of Sikh pilgrims from India, thanked the Pakistan government for the arrangements and facilities. “We feel like we have come to our second home,” he said.
