Gary Goldsmith, Kate Middleton’s uncle, has slammed Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle as “muppets.”
Kate’s mother’s younger brother slammed the Duke and Duchess of Sussex once more, claiming he didn’t “believe a word” of the tell-all interview last month and that there was no reason for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to “betray” the Royal Family.
In an interview with the Daily Mail, Prince William’s proud uncle referred to the pair as “those muppets” and the Duchess of Cambridge as “our Kate.”
During an interview with Oprah, Meghan said that Kate made her cry over bridesmaid dresses.
Gary, who had previously defended his niece in the face of Meghan’s allegations, insisted once more:
“There is no way the Kate I know would do that. I just don’t believe a word of it.”
In the candid interview, the former ‘Suits’ actress revealed that her mental health had deteriorated through her years as a working royal, and that she felt suicidal when pregnant with Archie.
Gary Goldsmith continued, saying:
“The whole interview beggared belief. She didn’t know the words to the national anthem? Please! Harry has been singing it since he was five. “
Kate’s Uncle said:
‘The Palace refused her help when her mental health was suffering? I don’t buy it. Harry is patron of a mental health charity.’
