By turning to his Instagram with a picture of the jaw with the British heart, the 25-year-old diva wrote a sincere legend for the love of his life.

In addition to the monochrome shot, the legend read: “I love you Valentine && Loving Valentine’s Day We can share forever.”

Zayn and Gigi welcomed their daughter Khai back in September last year.
