On Sunday, the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari announced that Sehri will be held in ‘Naya Pakistan’ and Iftari will be held in ‘Purana Pakistan.’
In response to Prime Minister Imran Khan’s call for a protest, the PPP chairman claimed that attempts are being made to disrupt law and order as well as the constitutional process of a no-trust motion against him.
On Saturday evening, he spoke at a press conference alongside senior PPP officials. Bilawal advised Prime Minister Imran Khan to resign because his party no longer has a majority in the National Assembly.
“After losing the confidence of the majority of MNAs, he should show sportsmanship and resign,” Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said.
“The devil will be chained tomorrow,” the PPP leader said, adding that they will have Sehri in “Naya Pakistan” and Iftari in “Purana Pakistan.”
Regarding the upcoming setup, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari stated that the PTI government’s mess will be cleaned up, and that elections will be held after systemic reforms.
He stated that the Supreme Court’s directives are very clear in that no unconstitutional act will be tolerated.
