After some criticism and trolling over the national anthem of the Pakistani Super League (PSL) 6, singer Meerha Shafi came to call them who hit the song.
Responding to all negative comments, Meesha Shafi brought to Instagram to weigh controversy.
“Groove Mera is not just a victory of music, it is a classic victory,” he wrote.
“As long as the post-colonial inferiority complex and a rigid system that only supports some selective,” he said, raising curtains in nepotistic ways of several brands and platforms embracing Pakistan artists, “added the singer.
“It’s a pity that we deny legendary talents like Naseebo Lal for this hang-up,” added Bijli Aye Ya Na Aye Crooner. “Kudos to the whole team,” Shafi concluded.
Anthem ‘Groove Mera’, sung by artist Naseebo Lal, Aima Baig and Rappers Young Stunners, have triggered the Fest Meme between netizens and also received a flela.
Previously, Shoaib Akhtar lashed out on PCB for releasing “the worst song he had heard in PSL history”.
“If the 10 worst PSL songs are compiled, this song will be number one,” said the former Pacer. “Are you embarrassing?”
He mocked a new song with joking since he played it for his children, they stopped talking to him. “My children are afraid of this song. When they don’t sleep, I tell them, I will play it for them. It immediately scared them,” he said.
However, Pakistan Twitter quickly responded to Akhtar for his uncensified comment about the struggle of artists.
“Very disappointed with you. The song isn’t bad at all. Just because you don’t like it, it doesn’t mean you have the right to make singers and manufacturers’ efforts in the trash,” a user said.
