Aleem Khan, a disgruntled member of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), claimed that Prime Minister Imran Khan had referred to Pervaiz Elahi as Punjab’s biggest dacoit, and that he is now being elected as CM with only 10 votes.
He said it will be sad to see Pakistan Muslim League – Quaid (PML-Q) leader Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi make Naya Pakistan at a press conference on Monday.
He questioned why such a struggle was necessary when the PML-Q leader was set to become Punjab’s Chief Minister. He went on to say that he tried to back the prime minister so that their children could grow up in a perfect country.
He asked the PTI leadership to nominate the person who has made the most sacrifices, noting that he worked night and day for the country, took part in the 126-day sit-in, and contributed financially to the party.
Aleem Khan claimed that transfers are made solely on the basis of money. According to him, the Buzdar government has allocated Rs30 million to make DC in Punjab.
He requested a debate with Prime Minister, threatening to shoot himself if he was proven wrong. He bemoaned the fact that he was the most chastised PTI leader from Punjab.
