- Daenerys Targarian’s Mad Queen theory was hinted by a lot of people in the past seasons, such as ‘A Targarian alone in the world is a terrible thing’, or ‘The Mad King gave his enemies the justice he thought they deserved’.
- Varys’s letter resembled that of Eddark Stark’s, where had written to Stannis Baratheon to inform him of being the rightful heir to the throne while Joffery, who had been crowned as the king was born out of incest.
- Varys was burned in exactly the same spot where the people who didn’t follow the Lord of Light were burned. Stannis was responsible for their deaths, however he was mistaken to be the heir of the throne.
- Cersie stood watching the city getting sacked in exactly the same spot as she did while blowing up the Sept of Baelor with wildfire.
- Jaime died exactly the way he wanted, i.e. in the arms of the women he loved.
